Refund and Returns
We are confident that your order will reach you in perfect condition. If the goods are faulty in any way, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price. We will ask you to pack them safely and return the faulty items. On receipt we will of course refund your postage and replace or refund the goods.
We cannot refund or accept the return of Personalised Candles unless faulty.

Cancellation
We are sure you will love our products, but if you change your mind once you have received your order, please contact us by email or on 01326 477990 within seven days of receipt. We will ask you to safely return the goods in unused, saleable condition and we will then make a refund to you. You will be responsible for the cost of post and packaging, and we recommend sending the goods by tracked mail, as we cannot refund the goods if they are lost in transit. We cannot refund if the goods are part-used or damaged.
